How do we do it?

We scout for you. Every time we find a field or a roost, we monitor it for 3 days to ensure it’s promising. Then, we enter a microscouting phase for the blinds. Over 2 days, we walk the blinds morning and afternoon to ensure birds fly over the blind throughout the hunting session. But that’s not all: Each blind is scouted to ensure an average of 5 shootable birds per minute.

In the field, your guide will assist with your shooting technique, advising you based on the angle, direction, and wind conditions. Your field assistant will mark the birds to ensure you don’t miss a single one.

Our hunt sites are conveniently located within 30 minutes of the lodge most part of the season, ensuring you’re never far from comfort.

Your day begins at 7 a.m. with a hearty breakfast at 7:30, before heading out to the field at 8. Each site is meticulously prepared for your arrival, complete with a blind equipped with Benelli 20 ga and Beretta o/u 28 ga shotguns, plenty of shells, a cooler stocked with drinks and ice, a comfortable chair, and your personal field assistant.

Typically, you’ll spend three hours hunting in the morning and another three in the afternoon. After each hunt, your field assistant ensures the site is left spotless and collects all harvested birds. Summertime offers the perfect opportunity for a refreshing siesta as we wait for cooler evening temperatures. Depending on the season and bird activity, you’ll hunt in diverse environments such as cornfields, sunflower fields, riverside areas, flyways, and the outskirts of roosts. Post-hunt, you’ll be greeted with a special cocktail and a frozen towel as soon as you step out of the vehicle.

As evening falls, enjoy appetizers and drinks by the lodge’s outdoor firepit before a sumptuous dinner.
